MISSION
Render a quick and effective service to the supply demands of the different productive sections and to the clients’ deliveries.
GENERAL FUNCTIONS
Carry out the loading and unloading tasks, and to prepare the merchandises, raw materials, intermediate and finished product, in the plant warehouse.
Distribute the products physically in the warehouse fixed areas according to the location plans, between those fixed areas and productivity areas and between production areas.
Record the movements of materials and carry out the warehouse inventory.
Perform the administrative responsibilities and inform internal FICOSA systems with the operations related to the warehouse: delivery notes, invoices, clients’ orders, etc.
Guarantee that total amounts of materials (quantity) and documentation received is the agreed in each case.
Identify areas for improvement in his/her area and to participate in the continuous improvement activities of the area following the FMS lean model and the strategic guidelines.
Observe Ficosa’s Code of Ethics to avoid fraudulent practices. Comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the job, along with the training related thereto.
Actively cooperate in maintaining, promoting and improving the OHSE and Quality department.
