Job Overview

Jumeirah – Mecca, a prestigious five-star hotel, is seeking *two enthusiastic and caring female Kids Club Coordinators* to join our team. The ideal candidates will be passionate about working with children and committed to creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment for our young guests.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan, organize, and lead creative, fun, and age-appropriate activities for children aged 4–12
* Ensure the safety, security, and well-being of all children at all times
* Create a warm, welcoming, and engaging atmosphere within the Kids Club
* Supervise children during activities, playtime, and special events
* Communicate effectively with parents and provide updates on children’s participation
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Kids Club area
* Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure smooth Kids Club operations

Qualifications & Requirements

* Previous experience working with children in a recreational, educational, or hospitality setting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Energetic, cheerful, and proactive personality
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
* First Aid and CPR certification is an advantage
* Female candidates only
