The Customer Service Representative will work exclusively for a project with a U.S. based client in the property insurance industry. The primary focus of the position is communicating with insureds, agents, or producers and/or other insureds’ representatives, via telephone, live chat, and email, on a wide variety of new and renewal business inquiries, insurance policy servicing matters, and/or first notice of loss and/or claims status requests. The Customer Service Representative Team also provides administrative and technical assistance in the ongoing maintenance of policies and assists in ensuring the proper set-up, maintenance, and upkeep of accurate, complete, current, and regulatory-compliant claims files, as directed.

*Job Qualifications*
A good fit for the position will typically have the following qualifications:
– A bachelor’s/master’s degree in English is a huge plus
– Customer Service Telephone and Email Business Etiquette Rules
– Willing to work *full-time*
– *Excellent* written and oral English communication skills
– 2+ years of customer service experience in an English setting, preferably for US/Canada based clients

Pay: 5,500.00DH – 7,000.00DH per month
