We’re looking for a *Junior Full-Stack Developer (Laravel / PHP)* with around *1 year of experience*, who doesn’t just execute tickets, but starts to think in systems, solves real problems, and takes ownership from idea to production.
This is a hands-on role on *live client projects and internal products*, working closely with designers and strategists to turn complex business needs into robust, scalable digital solutions.
We are also open to *pre-hire profiles*: motivated students at *Bac+2 / Bac+3 level* with solid foundations in full-stack development.
Your Role & Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain complete full-stack web applications.
* Build clean, structured, and maintainable front-end interfaces (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
* Develop and maintain back-end systems and APIs using PHP (Laravel).
* Architect data models, business logic, APIs, and third-party integrations.
* Ensure performance, security, reliability, and scalability across the stack.
* Translate business and product requirements into clear technical solutions.
* Debug, optimize, refactor, and improve existing systems when needed.
* Collaborate closely with designers, project managers, and decision-makers.
* Take ownership of features and projects, from planning to deployment.
Required Profile / Must-Haves
* *Junior Full-Stack Developer* level (around *1 year of experience*, professional or equivalent).
* *Strong mastery of PHP and Laravel* (core requirement).
* Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (vanilla).
* Good understanding of databases (SQL primarily).
* Ability to work autonomously, structure your work, and solve problems independently.
* Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
* Professional working proficiency in English (technical documentation & communication).
*Pre-hire option*
* Student profile at *Bac+2 or Bac+3* in web development or related field.
* Solid fundamentals in PHP / Laravel and full-stack concepts.
* Ability to commit to a full-time role after the pre-hire phase.
Nice-to-Haves (Strong Plus)
* Ability to work directly from Figma designs and translate them accurately into code.
* Experience with fast prototyping / product-driven development (including AI-assisted workflows).
* Clean and professional use of Git (branching, pull requests, reviews).
* Experience collaborating in designer–developer workflows.
* Exposure to production environments, deployments, and server configurations.
