**Reports to:** Plant Manager
**Purpose of the Role**
Ensure a safe, healthy, and compliant workplace by leading all Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) activities at the site.
This role is critical to achieving the plant’s safety, risk-reduction, and sustainability objectives, in line with the company’s Journey to Zero and ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 commitments in a high-performance automotive environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Ensure compliance with Moroccan regulations and company EHS standards.
* Lead workplace safety, accident prevention, and risk assessments.
* Drive incident investigation and corrective actions.
* Manage environmental programs (waste, energy, water, emissions).
* Lead audits and maintain ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 certifications.
* Train employees on safety and emergency procedures.
* Act as main contact with local authorities on EHS topics.
**Profile**
* Degree in Safety, Environment, Engineering, or similar.
* 5+ years of EHS experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
* Strong knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
* Fluent in Arabic, with good command of French and English.
